I’ve enjoyed working with Alea for over 4 years -she is friendly and approachable, while still challenging me and pushing me out of my comfort zone. She continues to design a variety of different workouts to keep our sessions interesting and challenging, and working with Alea has made me feel a lot more confident at the gym.
