Strength building:
Whether or not you have experience in the gym, through progressive overload and encouragement, I'll help build your confidence and strength when it comes lifting weights.
Fat loss/ muscle gain:
Through training and nutritional advice i’ll coach you through small, manageable changes to help you hit your goal weight. Don’t worry, i’ll never program you to run every day… unless you enjoy that!
Athletic Development:
If you’re a weekend warrior or a serious athlete I can help you get faster, stronger, or more powerful in your movements, no matter the sport.
Mobility/ Injury Prevention:
Mobility work is crucial when it comes to keeping your body healthy and moving. Whether it’s pains and niggles or you want to improve your squat, we can create a plan to have you moving more efficiently.
Women’s Group Training:
On Saturday mornings I run a women’s only 45 minute boxing class, followed by coffee and chats . It’s a great opportunity to learn a new skill in a safe space, and connect with other likeminded sisters.

1 on 1 PT sessions starting from $80
Small group sessions (2-3 people) available, prices start at $55 per person.
Nutritional coaching and training plans from $30 weekly.
Women’s only boxfit $20 per session
